The state law also requires any attorney who has not been awarded with a legal specialization to disclaim any legal specialization by stating “Not Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.” Stephen H. Lee has not been awarded with a legal specialization by the Board and you are now informed as such. [Attorney-Client Relationship] There is no attorney-client relationship either by accessing the Site or simply using other features or benefits provided by the Site unless you are contracted in writing as our client. All the information on the Site is general in nature and is not intended to be a legal advice. [Usage of the Site] Iminvisa.com is the sole owner of all information contained on the Site. You may not transmit, sell, distribute, copy, modify, change, supplement or update the information, feature or other benefits provided by the Site for purposes other than personal use without written authorization from the Iminvisa.com. [Warranty Disclaimer] IMINVISA.COM DOES NOT PROVIDES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO ANY PARTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION OR DATA ON THE SITE WITH REGARD TO THEIR ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS. IMINVISA.COM HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WITH REGARD TO ANY GOODS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE. [Jurisdiction] These provisions of this Agreement and Conditions of User Agreement shall be governed and construed by Texas Law without regard to provisions of the conflicts of laws. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the enforceability of the other portions of this Agreement. In the event of any dispute, between Iminvisa.com and You, arising out of or relating to this Agreement of User Agreement, Iminvisa.com and You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, a court of Texas. Lee [Notices] Notices from Iminvisa.com shall be delivered to member's e-mail address or mailing address or shall be posted on the Site. Notices from members shall be delivered to Iminvisa.com via e-mail unless specified otherwise.
